MOM2MOM: Fearless Mom – Own Your Happy- North

We know that the desire for happiness is in the heart of every human! And the desire for our kids to be happy is certainly in the heart of every mom! The OWN YOUR HAPPY eCourse curriculum set includes six video sessions divided into two different series – HAPPY HOME and YOU GOT THIS.

In the HAPPY HOME series, Julie describes the value of establishing a home culture with an overall feeling of happiness. And she addresses how a happy home culture makes space for all emotions – including the painful ones like sadness, disappointment and anger. In this series, you will also learn about what a healthy marriage looks like and the importance of laughter in the home.

In the YOU GOT THIS series, Julie shares how equip our kids, and ourselves, with a fearless mindset, an internal locus of control and grit. We learn how to do OUR best to set our kids up for THEIR best!
